I was trying to submit this in the IASA's web site's forum. But it looks like I have to be member to do that which I'm not. In fact I'm not an Architect. I'm a senior developer. What you've written there absolutely makes sense. But how can we implement it? As you mentioned, implementing IID is going to affect everybody's work including non-technical people or as you said “the lawyers who say NO!”. How do we have to deal with the company's marketing team? It's not really possible to convince the financial team to do the budgeting iteratively, if you know what I mean? They need to know how much investment need to be made at the beginning of each project or each financial year. How to work around that? I appreciate it if you can show me a rough picture about the challenges of implementation.
